Our partner is the French post. The shipment is Colissimo with tracking. Your number and the link will be indicated at shipment of your order.

Deadlines are:

France, Andorra and Monaco: 2 working days from the date of dispatch.

European Union: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, San Marino and Vatican: 2 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

This information is recalled to you at the time of the validation of your order and after the sending of this one.

The postman will deliver your order at your doorstep or leave a card in your mailbox. You will have 15 days to pick up your parcel.

In case a parcel is returned to us because of a non-claim from your part, the delivery charges to our headquarter will be at your cost and the return will be at your charge.

Your order is shipped in 48 business hours after reception of your payment.
