Loyalty
For every slice of 1 euro order, you will earn one point of loyalty. Each point is worth 0.05 euro.
The loyalty points are validated in your account as soon as your order status has passed to "Dispatched".
You can either cumulate the points through several orders, or convert them into a "discount voucher" valid 1 year.
These loyalty points have no expiry date and can be combined with other coupons and promotions.
To convert your points into a discount voucher, go to your account, click on "loyalty points" at the top left.
Your loyalty points will be displayed in the center, then click "convert".
You will be given automatically a number starting with "FID".
How to use this Discount voucher?
In your account, go to "My coupon". Note the code of the coupon, BR followed by 4 digits or FID followed by 5 digits.
Then click "Shopping Cart". The details of your cart appears and at the level "discount voucher" (bottom of the shopping cart), enter the code "BR" and click "Add".
If you clicked on "Check Out", you arrived on the page "Addresses". Click on "Summary" and you will be redirected to the page of your shopping cart then from there, you may do the same operation.
